Ordination Weekend Information

† A preached Holy Hour for Vocations will take place at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 21st, 2021 at Saint Stephen Cathedral in Owensboro, followed by the blessing of my chalice and vestments. (This Liturgy is open to everyone)

† My Priestly Ordination will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 at Saint Stephen Cathedral in Owensboro. (Due to COVID restrictions in numbers, at this time, the Ordination is by invitation-only) It will be live-streamed at the following link: StStephenCathedral.org/live

† My First Mass of Thanksgiving will be a Solemn Sung Mass for the Solemnity of Pentecost on Sunday, May 23rd, 2021 at 3pm. (Due to COVID restrictions in numbers, at this time, my First Mass of Thanksgiving is only open to St. Ann Parishioners, family, and close friends from that side of the Diocese.)

† A Second Sung Mass of Thanksgiving will be offered for the Memorial of The Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of the Church on Monday, May 24th, 2021 at 6pm, at Saint Stephen Cathedral. (This Mass is open to Cathedral Parishioners and all others since the Cathedral has a larger amount of seating than my home parish.) Clergy Information for First Mass on the Solemnity of Pentecost:

Priests are invited to concelebrate or sit in choir. Concelebrants, please bring your alb and a red chasuble/stole.

Deacons are invited to vest and assist in choir. Please bring either a surplice & red stole or alb & red stole.

Visiting clergy, please have your chancery send Letters of Suitability to the McRaith Catholic Pastoral Center, 600 Locust St. Owensboro, KY 42301
