God’s Chisel

This is an excellent video that we showed to the youth at camp earlier this week. It really gives you something to think about.

God is all merciful. He waits for us to reconcile ourselves to him, the church, and the community. When we sin we do not just affect us, rather we affect the whole Body of Christ. Thus we as Catholics go to confession to the priest to receive for forgiveness of our sins. Christ said to confess our sins to one another. The priest is a representation of the church, community, and of Christ as he stands “in persona Christi”.

Go to confession! Reconcile yourself to God! Receive his love and grace!
